The subscription scale is based upon the total numbers of staff, expressed in full-time equivalents and including manual as well as non-manual staff. Only people employed in the actual information service are included, not staff of the parent organisation.

The subscription is based on a rolling year and will be renewable twelve months from receipt of your subscription. An invoice will be sent automatically at this time unless we are instructed otherwise.
